To become a member:
1. Fill out the Kentucky Medical Association Membership Application on-line. Make sure to select Boyd from the county drop-down box.
2. The Kentucky Medical Association will send you an invoice and information on the Kentucky Medical Assocaition and on the American Medical Association.
